Covid-19 Guidelines
Following the BPC and BACP guidance in January 2022, I am able to offer face to face consultations following a telephone risk assessment as safety is paramount. We would need to discuss known risk factors, pre-existing health conditions, age factors and how to access face to face therapy as safely as possible. An ethical decision making process will be on an individual case by case basis regarding the provision of face to face therapy sessions.
Although masks are not currently a requirement, should you wish to wear a mask in the session, that is entirely appropriate, and will depend on your personal circumstances. If the wearing of masks becomes compulsory, individuals would need to provide their own face masks.
I am fully vaccinated and continue to regularly do lateral flow tests to ensure I can offer a safe environment.
If you need to self isolate due to a positive test, I do offer online therapy sessions as an alternative.
If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
